No, the Optex Wireless 2000 system is designed to send a signal every time the sensor is activated. There is no way to introduce a reset time to stop the chime from sounding twice if two alarm signals are triggered back to back.
Simply turn the unit off, than back on while holding down the Button labelled 1.
