My wireless system is false alarming/repeatedly chiming for no apparent reason. How come?
This is a symptom of low battery(ies) in the sensor/transmitter unit. Most systems will begin to alarm erratically, and sometimes continuously when the batteries drop below a sufficient level. One thing to pay attention for is “repeat” alarms. Many of our wireless systems have a built in low battery warning system, which will cause the chime to “double alarm” every time it is activated.
