The free Cloud Account for your SpotProtect WiFi sensor only allows for one user. There is a premier account available ($99.00 per year) which allows for an unlimited number of users. Please contact us if you are interested in having multiple users.

I have a spot protect in the field. It is connected to the wifi because I have done test notifications but it will not give me real time sensor readings. What can I do to rectify this?
Are there any monitoring fees with your alarm products?
I am trying to set up my SWITCHSPOT sensor as an out for my driveway alarm receiver. Where do the red and black wires need to be? My options are NC, NO, and COMM.
My SpotProtect now sends each text message from a different phone number, filling my phone with text message threads. What can I do?
Does the WiFi setup utility for my SpotProtect sensor work on Windows 8? Or on a MAC?
Is the SpotCable for the Spot Protect wifi sensors a common cable? Do I really need to buy one or do I already have a suitable one?
